Colour paint is down like a mofo.
It’s not perfect. It’s not really all that pretty. But the colour paint is down on the roof and windscreen pillars.

I have a horrible feeling... →
Coop would have to be one of my favourite artists. Plus he’s into the same things as me. Cars, women, art. He’s had a ton of people rip off his drawings and artwork over the years and as I was flicking through his tumblr postings, I had a horrible feeling that I probably haven’t been saying thanks or giving the right amount of credit to people who I have reposted. So I’m...

Racing! →
I worked on recovering broken racing cars at Phillip Island this weekend, I got chatting to a photographer that was covering the event and this is his site. Those of you who know me will spy me working flat out a few times! I’m also waiting for him to post some other photos I saw him take, otherwise I’ll some of my own up. *edit* crash photos are now up. They’re a good example...

Coming along nicely →
I’ve been following this build and blog for a while now, I really enjoy it (not only because it’s a Mopar, but just some of the detail that’s going into the build up).

Furniture.
I really dig “mod” or 60’s/70’s plastic furniture, Joe Colombo and Eero Aarnio are probably my two favourite designers. Aarnio’s “Ball Chair” tops my list, I have a cheap half ball chair - I’ve had it since I had my first flat and even though it’s tattered now from so many moves, I still enjoy sitting in it and reading. (It’a also...

Take an ordinary bedsheet...
Take an ordinary small car, careful planning, a lot of skill and fabrication and end up with something that totally eclipises any other efforts to date. I’ve seen this car during it’s build up and the attention to detail was fantastic. I think it’s a great alternative to rallying a Ford Escort, it’s just a pity that more didn’t survive in Britain.
