Furniture.
I really dig “mod” or 60’s/70’s plastic furniture, Joe Colombo and Eero Aarnio are probably my two favourite designers. Aarnio’s “Ball Chair” tops my list, I have a cheap half ball chair - I’ve had it since I had my first flat and even though it’s tattered now from so many moves, I still enjoy sitting in it and reading. (It’a also appeared in the background of some photos that I’ve posted here).

I’ve been to the Grand Prix Originals store in London, some things are a little bit trashy, in terms of cashing in on the Gulf name, but others like the Ball Chair are fun.
I wouldn’t mind one so that I could sit and read. Or ponder my next move on the wagon.

Great book. I’ve got a few on the Gulf racing years in decades gone by and this is one of the better ones. I got mine from Motor book World - Great shop and the owner has been around for years and knows his stuff.
